I really enjoyed this short read like so much; this novella series is really starting to become my all-time guilty pleasure and though these books are extremely short in length they still manage to pack quite the punch.
Surprisingly conveying so much emotion and love while still being hot as hell; quite a feat, in my opinion, considering they are actually novellas and not full-size offerings.
Here we are back with Cam and Gabe, one year into there relationship and the boys are now sharing an actual postcode as they have moved in together.
After treating his lover to a romantic and raunchy weekend away at an exclusive hotel Gabe lets slip those all-important goals changing words "I LOVE YOU"; sending Cam into the mother of all tailspins as he attempts to process his feelings of panic and shock.
Poor Gabe is left cooling his heels as his lover withdraws in classic Cam style; leaving poor Gabe floundering around in the dark.
This story is all about the fallout from these feelings; culminating In Cam's eventual reaction and plan of action in regards to his lover Gabe.
So "Tokyo Heat" was Hot as Hades; like smoking, And as an added bonus we also get to shoot the breeze with the whole Night Series gang which I absolutely adored; such a lovely touch.
Still loving Ethan the most here; he's my all-time favourite in this series and his one-liners are bloody fantastic; can't get enough of him.
But my favourite piece of this story was the ending when everyone is chilling around the bar at Soren; loved this angle particularly, it just really shows everyone in such a human light; making everyone kinda a new friend.
We are also introduced in more depth to one half of Gabe's boss team and I so sense a story there.
Ultimately this really was an enjoyable read and I really felt this gave some added closure to where we left Gabe and Cam back in "One Night" the first novella in this addictive series.
This is currently Free to borrow in KU, but I do recommend you start at the beginning of this series as you will get much more from this if you do.
I've said it in the past I'm not a big fan of Novella series preferring full-length reads; but for this series I have made an actual exception, I just really can't get enough of these boys.
Really can't recommend the Night Series enough.
I borrowed "Tokyo Heat" (Nights Series #3) from Kindle Unlimited.
All opinions expressed here are entirely my own.

We met Gabe and Cam in book one, how they met each other and fell in love. In this one, we read more about them! That how Cam’s childhood affects his relationship with Gabe. How he is struggling with his inner demons. He thinks he can’t give Gabe what he wants, Gabe deserved to be happy but he thinks he’s not capable of love!

I enjoyed this one, really enjoyed it and knowing this was Cam and Gabe’s story still Ethan was my fave character in this series so far and I was so glad of hearing about Ethan and Jo in this one as well! Told in multiple POV, 3rd person. It’s the third installment in the "Nights" series and it should be read in order. Looking forward to reading the next installment. All in all, it was a good novella and hope you like it as well!

Another seductive, sultry novel in the Night Series that lets us catch up with Gabe and Cam who we were first introduced to in One Night!

Tokyo Heat is the third book in the night series. All the characters so far are featured in it and some new ones. The story is centred around Cam and Gabe from One Night. There is trouble in paradise for these two. Busy work schedules and not enough TLC is making them two question what they have. The pair needs to sort it out. They both love each other and want it to work.

This is a sexy short read with a lot of pillow talk. 3 stars out of 5.

So much hotness in this little novella. We are back with the boys from Book 1, Gabe and Cam. We get to see their relationship moving on to the next level, filled with a little bit of drama and misunderstanding, but overall full of sexiness.

New characters are introduced, Wade and Rhys, who will be featured in Book 4. I like that at the ending, all the guys are together and they are having so much fun. Despite this series made up of short novella, I'm growing addicted to it.

Great characters, well written, tasteful but too short.
I loved both men and their friends. Book three continues with the couple from book one. Their chemistry and passion is amazing.

Cam and Gabe Again

Well, that was unlikely, spectacular and so sweet. Everything is not as rosy in their world as it should be. Gabe has made a declaration and Cam has basically run away. This was mostly one big romp with a bit of story thrown in. The final scene had me laughing out loud. I loved it

**I received a copy of this book from Xpresso Book Tours in exchange for an honest voluntary review. All opinions are my own and not influenced by my source.**

After meeting these two in Book #1, One Night, I was really excited to see how their relationship has developed in the time since. Their first novella was more erotica based than I anticipated but I still loved these two as characters and the romantic foundation they established.

I'll be honest and say that I wanted a little more conversation than we got between these two. Yes, they have this explosive chemistry between them and that means their sex scenes (which are very well done) are passionate and sexy. I know that they are compatible sexually but on a personal level, I needed a little more. I wanted to see more of them working on their everyday issues. We do get that near the end but I wanted those conflicts fleshed out a little more at the start of the novella to reaffirm the fact that these two work so well together.

As a series though, I really love the interweaving of past and future characters. It's cool to get mini updates on past leads and get a taste of what might be happening later on in the series with the other leads. All these characters are so rich and intriguing that I always am eager to learn what will happen next when I finish the most recent instalment.

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

This is book three in the series, and you really SHOULD read book one, One Night, first. This is a continuation of Gabe and Cam's story. And it's a 5 star read! Book two, The Escort ain't too shabby either!

A year ago, Cam and Gabe decided one night would never be enough. Then Gabe says those three little words and Cam's world implodes, and he runs.

I loved One Night, made a new shelf for it and everything. But, while still a great, sexy read, I found this one lacking in the emotions i expected with someone running when told I love you.

Oh! Don't get me wrong, these guys still burn high, and hot and long. I just didn't feel connected to Cam as much as I did to Gabe. Because we get Gabe dealing, or rather NOT dealing with the fact that Cam ran, but we don't get much of Cam after he runs, you know??

BUT OH.MY.GOD! When Cam pulls his head out of his ass and gets his act together and finally realises what that pain in his chest is?? That it's what he's feeling for Gabe?? He redeems himself in spectacular fashion! **that fanning again, girls!**

I saw something going on between the two guys who own the company Gabe works for. I wonder what's going on there and whether they will get a story?? It's not book 4 or 5, cos I have those all lined up ready to go, but I HOPE they get a story!

Ah, you know what?? Stuff it! I wrote 4 stars at the top of the page because of that not connecting to Cam thing. But now I'm typing it up, I think that's just CAM, you know?? He doesn't want you to know what he feels for Gabe, what he's dealing with while they are apart. He wants GABE to know, just how deeply he loves him. He DOES love Gabe, he just never thought he could love anyone.

So! Upgrading to...

5 even more scorching stars!

4.5 Stars!

Tokyo Heat is book 3 in the Nights Series and while it could be read as a standalone, I suggest reading them in order (they're so good!) or at the very least, read book 1 before this one or you'll be missing out on Cam and Gabe's very hot first night together!

Cam is being his difficult self and even if he cares for Gabe, he refuses to let himself feel more for him because of his past. After a year together, though, and after Gabe confesses his love, he will need to decide if he can finally move forward with Gabe or let him go for good.

As I mentioned before, this is the continuation of Cam and Gabe's story. They've been together for a year now, living together for about 6 months or so and while Gabe knows Cam is devoted to him, Cam is determined to keep a tight rein on his emotions and I really wanted to strangle him sometimes. LOL Anyway, Gabe has the patience of a saint and is really good for Cam, they fit together really well and the sex between them is scorching hot.

I was very glad to see Ethan and Joe and meeting Gabe's bosses, Rhys and Wade, and I'm looking forward to reading more about them soon. I loved that Ethan and Joe were such a great part of this book and provided Cam and Gabe with the support they needed to work through their issues.

Tokyo Heat was a fast, short, uber sexy read with some angst interspersed to keep things interesting. I'm loving this series and it's pretty neat that even if the stories can be standalones, they are interconnected so we get to catch up with some of the previous stories' characters.

Very recommendable!

This is the third book in the ‚Nights‘ series and the second book that follows Cam and Gabe. As with the first one we also get to see Joe and Ethan, which I always really enjoy. I just love the four of them and would love to see a full length novel focusing on all four of them!

As usual the whole novella was pretty steamy, but not as much as ‘One Night’. There is quite a bit more plot here though, which I did appreciate, although it was somewhat far-fetched.
I still feel like Cam and Gabe’s relationship is moving way to fast and therefore somewhat unbelievable. Their chemistry and the well done sex-scenes make up for it though.

I loved getting to know Gabe and Cam better, as in this story we see a lot more of their personalities than before as they talk a lot more and their relationship develops.

We also get a glimpse at a possible future couple with Rhys and Wade and I’d love to see more of them in future books.

As with the other books I rated this one 4 stars for pure enjoyment.

This was so close to a five star . . .

Cam and Gabe are back and things between them have most certainly heated up, but was the heat oneside or the intensity that deep. One passioned filled night leads to words that Cam was not wanting or ready to hear. He most certainly was not ready to say. Instead of staying around and talking it out, he was out of there for weeks, on business of course. Cam and Gabe have an intense relationship and things fall that make it clear things are not always what is said.

We meet new players and see old ones. This one gave more food for thought on the group of friends and acquaintences in Tokyo. I am certainly excited about the new book featuring this couple. They had fascinated me from the very first read and their first encounter. This one was hot.

This series is full of great, quick reads. I read this one this afternoon. I do quite like them though. This time we have a bit of a continuation of the story in book 1. This was when we first met Cam and Gabe, now they have been together for around a year and living together for six months. While their first story was more of a happy for now, this time we get more of a conclusion to them and their relationship. Having said that, I don't think that this is the last we are going to hear of them.
We also got a little bit more of Ethan and Joe, along with a glimpse at some characters that I think will be appearing in some of the future stories. I quite like that about this series.

Gage and Cam’s story continues. Things are going well between them until Gage tells Cam he loves him. He knew it was a mistake as soon as he said it but it was too late. Cam, who was out of town working anyway, became more distant and cut Gage off.

When given a little home truth that he was going to lose Gage if he doesn't step and claim him, he decides he has to take drastic steps to keep him. Will it be enough? Hot, hot, makeup sex is all I'm saying. Cute story, what with all the kissin’ and stuff. Enjoyed it.

Another steamy, emotional filled quick read. Even though I usually won’t read serials I’ll stick with this one for a little while because I’m really liking the characters so far. These two are really sweet together. I never like angst based on miscommunication, especially long distance but due to the length of the book Gabe and Cam quickly resolved their issues.

The ending was cute. I’m REALLY curious about Rhys and Wade but it looks like we may have to wait a bit for that!

Sorry but if I had that much anal sex I think I’d be leaking. The story was still good. Cam had to go away for work, this leaving Gabe at home. On one of Cam’s visits home Gabe confess’s his love for Cam. Cue silence, more sex, and more silence when Cam goes back to work. Of course this leads to a misunderstanding which leads to a 24hr marathon of makeup sex. Well written. And I enjoyed the introduction of Rhys and Joe and Ethan’s furthered relationship.

This is Cam and Gabe's story one year into there relationship. Their life together is going well until at the end of a weekend getaway Gabe says the dreaded three words to Cam,"I Love You" Cam has a hard time processing his feeling about Gabe and those three words, something he was not wanting or ready to hear and certainly was not ready to say. But in the end he figures it out and the two share a HFN. But still loving Ethan the most he's my favorite in this series so far.

Another enjoyable instalment in Cam and Gabe's romantic entanglement with cameos from characters from previous books.
On KU it's fine that they are short reads, however I would question value for money if I was buying them individually.

This carries on from book 1 brilliant. All the stories in this series are interconnected, but can be read as standalones, but who would not want to read them all?. I can’t recommend them enough.
